The 22nd of June saw Hook Road Arena taken over by 2700 excited Cubs from around Surrey, including a large presence from Surrey Heath young people and Leaders, for SCRAM.

The Cubs got to explore the site with their friends, running back and forward between the countless activities, taking part in whatever they wanted, to the sound of our own dedicated radio station – SCRAM FM.

There were tons of adventurous events for the Cubs to take part in, including inflatable courses and slides, a climbing wall, caving, and a dunk tank. They also got to learn new skills and undertake challenging activities that involved crafts, puzzles, cooking, face painting, as well as having as much fun as possible in a range of games.

Although the Cubs were tired when it was time to head back to the coach at the end of the day, their beaming smiles proved how much of a success the event was, as they told each other and their leaders about the best things they’d done, and how they wished they could do it all over again.
