Scouting is the UK’s biggest mixed youth organisation. It offers 6 to 25-year-olds fun and challenging activities, unique experiences, everyday adventure and the chance to help others so that we make a positive impact in communities.
With 12 Scout Groups across Bagshot, Bisley, Camberley, Chobham, Frimley, Frimley Green, Lightwater, West End, and Windlesham – Surrey Heath provides over 800 young people each week with the opportunity to have their own Scouting adventure, take part in fun, challenging activities, and gain valuable skills for life.
Each group is made up of Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Scouts. Currently there are four Explorer Units around the district for 14 to 18 year-olds, and a Scout Network for those aged 18 to 25.
For Adults, we also have a Scout Active Support Unit who help, develop and support Scouting in the area. This section is open to all adults who have a bit of time to help their local community even if they cannot commit to being a leader at a Group.
