4th Frimley Climb High at Places Leisure Camberley

Date: 3rd Aug 2021 Author: Adrianne Goron

4th Frimley Scout Group ended the summer term in style with trips to the new Clip N’ Climb at Places Leisure Camberley.

The Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts all enjoyed adventurous sessions conquering 25 interactive and fun climbing walls, towering over 20 feet high. As always, some of the young people leapt at each wall with racing enthusiasm, while others took a much more cautious, unsure approach. By the end of each evening however, everyone had reached new heights, showing off their beaming smiles as their feet touched the floor again. They were supported by the very helpful and fun staff on hand, who joined the incredible facilities in making it a brilliant activity. It was a perfect way to end a year like no other.

The colourful, creative, and unique climbs were perfectly suited to all ages with something for everyone. 4th Frimley thoroughly recommends them to the rest of the District, with some of the leaders even taking part, although the couldn’t match the Scouts for speed.
